examples. Due to the large number of requests , we can only accept submissions
that are received in the following format (one dog per submission please):
  FIRST LINE:  
  Name of Dal 
  (Full name of Dal (registered name, any titles -IN ALL CAPS PLEASE),
  "call name" (lower case)
  DOB and DCO (Date Crossed Over the bridge).
example: 
   CH. SPOTTY OF DALVILLE, CD., CGC  "Spotty", 
   April 5,1990 - April 5, 1999


  SECOND-
  A short statement (2-3 sentences) about the Dal (sentimental,
  whimsical-- an obituary of sorts)
example:
  Spotty was a wonderful asset to our family and our life. 
  He was always there when we needed him and will always remain my 
  best friend.  His favorite thing in life was playing with his beloved
  frisbee, making us laugh, and sleeping on my favorite chair.


  THIRD-
   Name of person/people who will meet the Dal over the bridge someday.
example:
  Spotty was much loved and will be greatly missed by John, 
  Jane, and Bob Smith.  Sleep well my loving friend until we come to 
  greet you with a brand new frisbee.
